Lobster Soup
a hearty, thick lobster soup made with real lobster. Along with chicken broth, milk, cream, onions, fresh parsley, and celery flakes. Undoubtedly a hit!
Margarine should be melted in a pan over medium heat.
Blend well after adding the flour, salt, pepper, and celery flakes.
Add milk and chicken stock gradually while stirring; cook and stir for 10 minutes.
Cook and stir for 10 minutes while adding the lobster onion and parsley.
Reheat, and then stir in the cream to achieve the desired consistency.
