This reduced-calorie baked chicken is made with artificial sweetener, soy sauce, onion, garlic, and spices.
Set oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees C).
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, add the chicken and season with the onion, garlic, soy sauce, and sweetener.
Bake the pan for one hour at 425 degrees F with foil covering it (220 degrees C).
It can now be served.
