Molasses Brined Pork Chops
Pork chops are given a new level of succulence thanks to this easy molasses brine!
In a big container, mix salt, molasses, cloves, and boiling water.
Stir to combine salt and molasses; allow to cool to room temperature.
Add cold water while stirring the molasses mixture.
Put the pork chops entirely in the molasses mixture.
Place container in the fridge for six hours.
Pork chops should be taken out of the brine and dried with paper towels.
Oil each chop just a little.
Set an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and give the grates a light oiling.
