Moore’s Cranberry Gelatin Salad
Fresh cranberries, pineapple, orange, grapes, and apples are used in this recipe. scrumptious with ham, chicken, or turkey. If you prefer something with a little more flavor than plain water, pineapple juice is a great alternative.
The gelatin has sugar added to it.
When the water is boiling, add the gelatin and stir until it is dissolved.
Add the cold water or pineapple juice and stir.
until gelatin is thick, chill.
Orange and cranberries should be finely ground in a food processor or through a meat grinder.
To the thickened gelatin, add the ground cranberry mixture, crushed pineapple, grapes, and cubed apples that have been drained.
Pour the mixture into a big bowl or one 9 x 13-inch pan.
