Paleo Tuna Burgers
A paleo recipe for tuna burgers has just a few simple ingredients.

Tofu, soy sauce, and cilantro.

Almond meal, 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, eggs, kosher salt, black pepper, and process or mix by hand until a firm consistency is achieved.

Make four patties out of the mixture.

In a grill pan or skillet, warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

Cook tuna burgers in the hot oil for about 5 minutes per side, or until the patties are set and browned on both sides.
