Pan-Fried Garlic Shrimp
This recipe for pan-fried shrimp with garlic can be served as a main dish over rice or as an appetizer with bread. It’s incredibly simple to prepare.
Shrimp should be cooked in oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or until pink on all sides.
Low-heat setting.
Add the shallot and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes, or until soft.
Serve with lemon wedges and drizzle with olive oil.
