Pan-Fried Salmon
This is a super easy and quick recipe for pan-fried salmon that is ready in under 15 minutes. Besides salmon fillets, all you need is butter and fresh lemon juice.
In a sizable, heavy skillet set over medium heat, melt the butter.
Melted butter and lemon juice are combined in the skillet by adding lemon juice and stirring.
Salmon fillets should be cooked in the pan with the flesh side up for about 3 minutes or until browned.
During the cooking process, brush lemon butter on top of the fillets.
Using a spatula, flip the fillets over and cook them for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, depending on their thickness.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
