Parmesan-Crusted Asparagus
Crispy, Parmesan-crusted asparagus spears served alongside a zesty horseradish aioli make this unique asparagus appetizer one you’ll want to try at your next party.

Set the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees C).

Apply cooking spray to a baking sheet.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.

In a separate bowl, combine the egg whites and chives and whisk until foamy.

In a third bowl, combine 2 tablespoons flour and 4 cups of shredded Parmesan cheese.

Working with one piece of asparagus at a time, coat it in the flour mixture using tongs and shake off the excess.

Transfer to the egg white mixture, evenly coat, and then drain any excess.

The Parmesan cheese mixture should then be applied, gently pressing to ensure cheese adhesion.

Repeat to coat the remaining asparagus, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
