Pineapple Nut Bread
This quick bread is filled with raisins, nuts, and crushed pineapple that the whole family will enjoy.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Make a 9-inch loaf pan greased.
To make brown sugar and butter fluffy and light, use an electric mixer in a big bowl.
One at a time, whisk the first egg into the brown sugar mixture before whisking in the second.
In a different bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
The brown sugar mixture should be mixed with about half of the flour mixture.
The remaining flour mixture should be added and stirred just until a batter forms after adding the pineapple and its juice to the brown sugar mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan after adding the raisins and pecans.
