Pizza Fries
Pizza fries are made from pie crust that has been cut into strips, topped with marinara and mozzarella cheese, and baked.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Pie crusts are rolled onto a work surface.
One crust should be spread with marinara and topped with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Olive oil should be used to brush the second pie crust.
Oregano should be added to the oil.
Stack the pepperoni layer on top of the crust, oil side up.
Pizza can be cut into 1×3-inch strips.
On a baking sheet, arrange the strips.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is lightly browned.
