Pizzelles II
a pizzelle iron is used to make this thin, traditional Italian cookie with anise flavor.
Eggs and sugar should be fluffy after being electric mixer-blended.
Add the anise extract and melted margarine while stirring.
Flour and baking powder should be combined; add gradually.
There will be sticky dough.
According to the directions from the manufacturer, preheat your pizzelle iron.
Round spoonfuls of batter should be dropped onto the iron.
Close the lid and cook for roughly 90 seconds, or until the iron stops emitting steam.
Cool after carefully removing.
Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
