Pulled Pork Tamale Casserole
Pulled pork, enchilada sauce, black beans, cornbread, and cheese are baked into this comforting pulled pork tamales casserole full of Mexican flavors.
Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
In a sizable bowl, combine the pulled pork, enchilada sauce, green chiles, black beans, corn, onion, and olives.
Fill a 9×13-inch casserole dish with the mixture.
In a different bowl, combine cornbread mix, milk, eggs, and butter.
Add to the pork mixture.
On top, sprinkle Cheddar cheese.
Bake for about 35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is hot.
