Sausage Hash Brown Bake
This recipe for cheesy casserole combines hash brown potatoes, French onion dip, and cream of chicken soup.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add crumbled pork sausage; cook and stir for 7 to 10 minutes, or until no longer pink.
Extra grease should be drained and thrown away.
Reheat the skillet and then add the cream of chicken soup.
Green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion in French onion dip.
Stir in 1 cup of Cheddar cheese and hash brown potatoes before simmering.
Add 1 cup of Cheddar cheese on top of the sausage mixture before spreading it into a 9×11-inch casserole dish.
Wrap the dish in aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
After 15 minutes more of baking, remove the foil and keep baking until the edges start to brown.
