Seafood Medley Ceviche
Tasty seafood ceviche is easy to make with scallops, shrimp, and tilapia marinated with vegetables in a bright mixture of fresh citrus juice.
In a sizable bowl, mix the scallops, shrimp, tilapia, lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, and serrano pepper.
For one hour, cover and chill while stirring occasionally.
In a medium bowl, mix the avocado, tomato, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and garlic.
In a small bowl, combine the tomato and clam juice, vinegar, salt, lemon-pepper seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and white pepper.
Stir to combine after pouring over the avocado mixture.
Some of the citrus juices should be drained off the seafood mixture.
Mixture of tomato juice and avocado should be added and combined.
20 minutes more in the refrigerator before serving
