Shrimp and Crab Casserole
A classic baked casserole with a seafood twist is this crab and shrimp dish! Real crabmeat can be used in place of imitation.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Grease a 3-quart casserole dish very lightly.
Bring water to a boil in a pan.
Rice is added; stir.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
In a casserole dish, mix the crabmeat, shrimp, rice, mayonnaise, onion, milk, hot sauce, and almonds.
Crumbled crackers should be used to top the casserole.
Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, or until casserole is bubbling, in a preheated oven.
