With onion, tomatoes, bacon, and cheese, zucchini is sauteed. Excellent as a side dish or vegetarian entrée.
In a big skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
Add the bacon, tomatoes, onion, and zucchini.
Add water after adding salt and pepper.
Vegetables should be tender after 10 minutes of cooking under cover with sporadic stirring.
Add Cheddar cheese after mixing the bread crumbs, soy sauce, and skillet.
When the cheese is melted, cover the pan and cook for another two minutes.
To serve, top with Parmesan cheese.
