Slow Cook Thai Chicken
Chicken breasts that have been slowly cooked in a creamy, peanutty, mildly spicy sauce. Over rice, please.

In a slow cooker, add the chicken breast strips, bell pepper, and onion.

Add the chicken broth and 1/4 cup soy sauce, then season with salt, pepper, cumin, and red pepper flakes.

Cook for 4 1/2 to 5 hours on Low with a cover after stirring to combine.

Cornstarch, peanut butter, and 1 cup of the liquid from the slow cooker are combined.

1 tablespoon each of lime juice and soy sauce.

This should blend into a sauce that is fairly thick.

Re-stirring the sauce into the slow cooker, cover it with the lid.

Cook for 30 minutes on high.

Before serving, garnish with green onions, cilantro, and peanuts.
