Smoked Chicken Thighs
Try this straightforward and flavorful dry-rub chicken thigh recipe if you enjoy home-smoked meats.
Set a smoker to 200 degrees Fahrenheit (93 degrees C).
In a bowl, combine oregano, thyme, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Apply this dry rub to chicken thighs.
Cherry wood is used to smoke the thighs for an hour.
Turn and flip the thighs, then keep smoking for another hour or so, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).
