Smokey Chipotle Meatloaf
Spicy, sweet and smokey flavor, this meatloaf is easily adaptable to your personal taste. It makes THE BEST sandwiches from leftovers!
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
A 9×5-inch loaf pan should be sprayed with cooking oil.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs until they are smooth.
Add 1/3 cup of barbecue sauce, garlic, chipotle chiles, and adobo sauce.
Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, celery salt, and cumin until well-combined.
With your hands, combine the onion oatmeal and ground beef until well-combined.
Fill the pan with the mixture firmly.
Two more tablespoons of barbecue sauce should be used to brush on the meatloaf’s top.
Bake for about an hour, or until the center is no longer pink in the preheated oven.
A center-inserted instant-read thermometer should register at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit (70 degrees C)
