Spaghetti Squash Casserole in the Shell
This delicious spaghetti squash casserole combines cooked ground beef, onion, and bell pepper with baked squash, served in the squash shell.
Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
Put the squash in the baking dish and add boiling water to cover the dish by 1/2 inch on all sides.
For 40 to 45 minutes, or until the squash is tender, bake in the preheated oven.
Remove from oven and let cool for seven to ten minutes before handling.
