Spicy Meatless Meatballs
Whether you add them to pasta or serve them in a hoagie roll with tomato sauce and cheese, you’ll love these meatless meatballs made from rice, oats, bread crumbs, and Parmesan.
Oats should be finely ground in a food processor.
Mix the milk and cooked rice until smooth.
Bread crumbs and onions.
cornmeal, eggs, and parmesan cheese garlic powder, oregano, and flour Pulse salt and cayenne pepper to fully combine.
Make a ball out of the mixture using about 2 tablespoons.
To make about 48 meatballs, repeat with the remaining mixture.
Place in the fridge and leave for one hour or until firm.
In a sizable skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Batch-fry the meatballs for about 10 minutes, or until they are thoroughly heated through.
