Moist and delicious cornbread with corn kernels, cream and corn flour.
Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
Cream up the butter in a medium bowl using an electric mixer.
Water and masa harina should be thoroughly combined before adding.
Chop the corn coarsely on low speed in a blender or food processor.
The butter mixture should be combined with the corn and cornmeal.
Mix the sugar, cream, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Mix the two mixtures together thoroughly.
Put the batter in an 8×8 pan without any grease.
