Taco-Seasoned Salmon
Taco-seasoned salmon is quick and easy to prepare on your stovetop.
In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-low heat.
In a small bowl, combine the taco seasoning mix and bread crumbs.
Once evenly coated, press the salmon into the bread crumb mixture.
To ensure that all of the bread crumbs fall off, gently toss in your hands.
While breading the remaining salmon, place the breaded salmon onto a plate; do not stack.
Cook the salmon for four minutes on each side in the hot oil until it flakes easily.
