Tamale Rice
This filling weeknight meal that is inexpensive, quick, and simple is made by boiling rice and canned beef tamales in a flavorful beef broth.

Tamales should be put in a big pot and mashed with a potato masher.

Bay leaves, chili powder, and beef broth should be added.

up to a boil.

Stir in the rice.

Cook for 20 minutes with low heat until rice is tender.

For about five minutes, cover and leave standing
