Tart Lemon Triangles
Lemon bars baked in a pie plate with both lemon juice and lemon zest. If desired, garnish with strawberries and whipped cream.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
1 cup flour, 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar, and butter should be processed in a food processor or blended with a pastry blender for 10 seconds.
In a round pie plate measuring 9 inches, pat dough evenly.
Until golden, bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Eggs, white sugar, lemon juice, and 3 tablespoons of flour should be combined and smoothed out before being poured over a hot crust.
