Teriyaki Pork Chops

Teriyaki Pork Chops
In this straightforward 5-ingredient weeknight dish, pork chops are marinated in teriyaki sauce, garlic salt, and black pepper before being pan-fried.

In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Organize the pork chops on a large plate.

Pour over the top 3/4 of the teriyaki mixture.

To coat the other side, flip the pork chops.

For about 30 minutes, marinate in the refrigerator.

Pork chops are added to an oil that has been heated to medium heat.

The marinade is discarded.

For about 15 minutes, cook the pork chops with the cover on.

Cook for another 10 minutes or so after flipping the pork chops.

Remove the cover and add the final 1/4 of the teriyaki mixture.

Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
