Tourtière (Meat Pie) Spices
a mixture of spices used to make the classic French Canadian tourtirre (meat pie). I use beef, pork, and veal, but you can use any combination with this meat pie spice blend.
In a small bowl, combine the mustard powder, celery salt, pepper, savoury cloves, cinnamon, thyme, and sage.
Mix well and keep in a jar with a lid.
