Tri Tip Roast
To create a tender and delectable beef roast, a tri-tip roast is seasoned with a combination of herbs, mustard, and red wine.

Rub thyme, basil, marjoram, dry mustard, salt, and black pepper all over the beef before placing it in a plastic bag that can be sealed.

Refrigerate for eight to twelve hours after sealing the bag.

Four hours before cooking, pour red wine into the bag.

Set the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees C).

The bottom of a roasting pan should be covered with olive oil before adding the beef.

Roast for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.

Roast for an additional 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) or until the center is just beginning to turn pink.

The internal temperature should register 140 degrees Fahrenheit on an instant-read thermometer (60 degrees C)
