Two Ingredient Dough Cinnamon Rolls
Use a simple 2-ingredient dough to create these gooey, baked cinnamon rolls, topped with a homemade cream cheese glaze.
Set the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).
Grease a loaf pan or baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour and Greek yogurt and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Place the dough on a surface that has been dusted with additional self-rising flour and knead for 8 to 10 minutes.
The dough may need more flour if it is too sticky.
Use a rolling pin to stretch the dough into a large 10×12-inch rectangle.
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon.
The dough should be covered with this mixture.
Beginning at one of the shorter ends, tightly roll the dough up into a log.
Cut into six equal pieces.
Place cinnamon rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
