You only need a few ingredients for this delicious raw-vegan cashew cream. After the cashews have been soaked, it takes only minutes to prepare.
Cashews should be soaked for two to three hours or overnight in a bowl of cold water.
Drain.
Blend the following ingredients in a blender: cashews, coconut milk, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and rose water.
Add pomegranate seeds as a garnish after pouring into a bowl.
