Vegan Chocolate Pie
For days when you don’t have a lot of time, try this no-bake, 4-ingredient vegan chocolate pie with coconut whipped cream on top.
In a saucepan, combine the pudding mix and almond milk.
Over medium heat, bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
As soon as the pudding begins to boil, turn the heat down to low, and cook and stir the pudding for another 5 minutes or so, or until it thickens.
Chocolate chips should be added and melted after the heat is turned off.
Place in the refrigerator and let stand for about two hours to set.
Add vegan whipped cream on top
