Vegetable Lo Mein
Whip up a zesty blend of hoisin sauce, honey, soy, ginger, cayenne, and curry powder to flavor this fabulous stir-fry of mushrooms, carrots, peppers, onion, garlic, bean sprouts, and green onion. Toss with hot spaghetti.
Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.
Drain the pasta after cooking it for 8 to 10 minutes, or until it is al dente.
In a sizable wok or saute pan, heat the oil.
Mushrooms, onions, carrots, peppers, and garlic are stir-fried until tender.
After adding the green onions and bean sprouts, cook for one minute.
In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and chicken broth; add to the stir-fry.
Add curry powder, hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
until bubbling and thickened, cook and stir.
Add the cooked spaghetti and combine.
