Vegetarian Garden Stir-Fry
This vegetarian stir-fry with lots of garden vegetables, chia seeds, and nuts is the perfect quick side dish for almost any meal, or it can be a vegetarian main.
Heat a sizable skillet over medium-low heat after greasing it with cooking spray.
Add the fruit and nut mixture, sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and chia seeds.

Add salt, garlic, and cayenne to the food.
For another two minutes, cook and stir.
Egg whites should be slowly added and mixed for 3 to 5 minutes, or until they are thoroughly cooked but not crusty.
Place stir-fry in a big bowl, then top with Cheddar cheese.
Melt the cheese before serving.
