White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
This cheesy chicken lasagna with spinach uses a creamy white sauce that’s made with three kinds of cheese: mozzarella, Parmesan, and ricotta.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.
When the lasagna noodles are al dente, add them and cook for 8 to 10 minutes; then drain and run under cold water.
In the meantime, in a big pot over medium heat, melt the butter; stir in the onion and garlic.
For about 2 minutes, whisk in flour until onion is tender and lightly browned.
Chicken broth, milk, and salt should be added.
Cook for 1 minute while whisking constantly.
2 cups mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan should be thoroughly mixed in.
Remove from heat and add the basil, oregano, and black pepper.
