In a big bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, brown sugar, butter, eggs, coffee liqueur, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and vanilla.

When well combined but still a little lumpy, beat with an electric mixer.

Using a spatula, fold the chocolate chips in.

Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto baking sheets without cooking spray.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes in a preheated oven, or until golden brown.
