a quick and delicious way to serve Brussels sprouts. I serve these, and everyone wants more! even the children

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Put the Brussels sprouts in a Dutch oven or casserole that has a lid.

Butter should be placed on top of the sprouts.

Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice for seasoning.

With the lid, enclose.

Sprouts should only be barely tender after 25 minutes in a preheated oven.

To prevent them from sticking, stir occasionally.

Sprinkle the pine nuts over the sprouts during the final 10 minutes, then take the lid off.

When the sprouts are finished, top them with blue cheese before serving.
