Baked Stuffed Apple
An apple is filled with a cinnamon cheesecake center. I used a Braeburn apple but any variety will work. Great for a cold night! Serve with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).

The apple’s stem should be removed, then the center should be hollowed out until it is about 1 1/2 inches wide without going through the bottom.

Cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar are combined in a small cup.

Mix the remaining mixture with the cream cheese and dried cranberries, setting aside half of it.

In the apple’s cavity, sprinkling some of the reserved cinnamon sugar.

Add the cream cheese mixture to the center, then top with the remaining cinnamon sugar.

The apple should be put in a small baking dish.

Bake the apple for 35 to 40 minutes, or until it can be easily pierced with a fork.
