Curried Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
A creamy chicken and broccoli casserole with a hint of curry flavor has a topping of melted cheese and crisp corn flake crumbs for a dish even picky kids will enjoy. Use a store-bought roasted chicken to make it easy.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
A 9×13-inch baking dish should be sprayed with cooking spray.
Put the broccoli in a microwave-safe dish with a lid, add a little water, and cover.
Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the broccoli is steaming and bright green.
Spread broccoli evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish after carefully removing the lid.
Over the broccoli, add a layer of cooked chicken.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli after combining the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Sprinkle the casserole with corn flakes crumbs and almonds before sprinkling the Cheddar cheese over the sauce.
