Steak and Eggs
Perfect for a special weekend breakfast or brunch, bacon-wrapped filet mignon served with sunny-side up eggs is a hearty, filling, and protein-packed meal.

Salt and steak seasoning are applied to the steaks.

Each steak should be wrapped in a slice of bacon and given 20 minutes to come to room temperature.

Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).

Over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a cast iron skillet.

For one minute on each side, add the steaks and sear.

Place the skillet in the preheated oven, and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until medium-rare or medium.

When inserted into the center, an instant-read thermometer should register 130 to 140 degrees F.

(54 to 60 degrees C).

Transfer steaks to a plate after taking them out of the oven.

While cooking the eggs, cover with foil to allow the juices to set.
