Onion Dijon Crusted Catfish
In this simple main dish, catfish fillets are seasoned with onion, honey mustard, and mustard.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Combine the mustard and onion in a small bowl.
Pepper and garlic salt should be used to season the catfish fillets.
Place on a baking sheet, then drizzle with honey and onion.
Flakes of parsley should be added on top.
In the preheated oven, bake for 20 minutes before switching to broil.
