Passover Chocolate Chip Cookies
These chocolate-chip cookies are made with matzo cake meal, so they’re a perfect way to end your Passover dinner.
Set oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit (135 degrees C).
Spread the walnuts out on a baking sheet and toast for 45 minutes, or until the nuts start to turn golden brown and smell good.
As the nuts bake, keep an eye on them because they burn quickly.
Set the walnuts aside to cool to room temperature after toasting.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Use parchment paper to line baking sheets.
In a bowl, combine the salt and potato starch with the matzo cake meal.
The eggs, margarine, and sugar should be thoroughly combined in a large bowl.
Add the chocolate chips after thoroughly incorporating the meal mixture with the wet ingredients.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheets covered in parchment paper.
