Red Pepper Cream Sauce
White pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, and lemon juice are used to season this cream-based sauce.
Heavy cream and bell peppers should be combined in a pot and heated to a boil over medium heat.
Then, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes or until the cream is reduced to about 1 cup.
Add the paprika, lemon juice, salt, white pepper, and cayenne pepper after removing from the heat.
Blend the sauce in a container.
Blend the sauce until it is smooth using a few quick pulses to get the sauce moving while holding the lid firmly in place with a towel.
Serve warm
