Spicy Sausage Balls without Bisquick
These low-carb and gluten-free keto sausage balls are made without Bisquick–they’re quick, easy, and delicious!
Set the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).
Use parchment paper to line a jelly roll pan.
Mix the sausages.
In a big bowl, combine the cheddar cheese with the almond flour, coconut flour, gelatin, and baking powder.
Using your hands, a stand mixer, or a food processor, combine ingredients.
Create uniformly sized balls from the mixture (about 1 1/2 inches in diameter), and then place them on the prepared pan.
