A delicious vegan mocha latte that can be made in a matter of minutes using any kind of nut milk or soy milk.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips and coconut milk beverage.

Stirring continuously, bring to a slow boil for two to three minutes, or until chocolate chips are melted.

Cinnamon and espresso powder should be thoroughly combined.

Add vanilla after removing from the heat.

Add vegan whipped cream on top
