Vegetable Cheese Soup II
This soup can be used as a sauce for baked potatoes and is made from cream of chicken soup cans, frozen vegetables, and processed American cheese.
Cook vegetables in the microwave for 10 minutes on high in a large bowl.
Between each rotation, stir.
Combine the soup and water in a big slow cooker.
Mix in the onions, vegetables, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
cheese, then combine.
about 2 hours, or until the soup is creamy and the cheese is melted.
